These reports are channeled through the appropriate District, Municipal, Sub-Metropolitan, or Metropolitan Health Directorates, aligning with their respective locations. Conforming to this framework, the District Health Information Management System (DHIMS) serves as the repository for routine health service data. Those health facilities utilizing Electronic Medical Record Systems (EMRs) adhere to approved guidelines, ensuring their systems’ compatibility with DHIMS for seamless interoperability.
